Scholar Eligibility

To Be Eligible To Apply, A Student Must Meet The Following Criteria:

Qualify for the federal Free and Reduced School Meals. 

Qualify for Indiana’s 21st Century Scholars Program. For more information, visit Learn More Indiana.

Be committed to graduating from high school with a minimum GPA of 2.5.

Be committed to enrolling in an education program after high school.

Scholars and parents must complete the scholar application and interview with Starfish staff. After interviews, invitations to join Starfish are extended to students and their families. 

All applications are evaluated by an internal admissions committee.
